1.When I click left click on the mini-map it goes attack move. Disable map movement in interface helped alot, click on the map then right click on the area you want to reach, will take some time to adapt to. 2.When I try to ping players I have to use the middle mouse button, and mine is pretty big and uncomfortable.
I've been having cursor issues as well. Not sure if we have the same problem. Mine just turns into the diamond shape with a dot in the middle. I can just attack and use spells but can't ping for click on the mini map. It only lasts for maybe 4 minutes? But it's rather annoying.. Honestly, I'm surprised that I haven't seen many posts about it.

I am having issues with this game that make normal play very difficult. When I play with full-screen settings, there is a very clear offset of where my mouse cursor is located on screen, and where the game registers the click in-game, specifically, I have to hover my cursor significantly south and east of where I intend the click to go in-game.
